Support sustainable communities
As a nonprofit membership-based organization, GreeningUSA takes a different approach to creating sustainable communities. Our members have a voice in who we are and what we do. From nominating and electing our Board of Directors to making a difference through our various committees and programs, dedicated GreeningUSA members like you are helping to advance the sustainable communities movement. We do this in a variety of ways, such as:

• Recognizing community sustainability leadership through our annual Awards Program.
• Co-sponsoring “green school" teacher training workshops.
• Holding our community-based Sustainability Academy educational programming at local schools.
• Bringing our 12 Traits of Sustainable Communities Rating System to municipalities.
• Launching the Green Bag Lunch Series recently to create an online collaborative community for compiling a best practices manual on community sustainability.

Because GreeningUSA is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization with no paid staff, your annual membership and involvement goes a long way in helping to secure a greener future. Annual tax-deductible dues:

• Individual Membership: $35.00
• Students: $5.00

Annual membership begins on date of joining (typically your membership dues payment date). Renewal dues then become due and payable on your member anniversary date each year. We will email you a reminder (unless you've elected the auto renewal subscription option—see below).

1. Download the appropriate form listed above (postal mail section).
2. Email your completed and saved form to membership@greeningusa.org.
3. Securely submit your dues payment online via PayPal using one of the buttons below. A PayPal account is not required and GreeningUSA will never receive your credit card information.

Because PayPal only collects minimal member information, it's important that you still send us your completed new member or renewal form.
